Michele Clark,
MS, LPC, LMFT
Michele loves her work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. She has a natural ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where her clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
With compassionate curiosity, Michele joins her clients to explore experiences, relationships, and other environmental influences to gain insight into the helpful and not so helpful coping strategies they developed to function and protect themselves in life.

Michele is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Safe and Sound Protocol. Her expertise in relationships and trauma work is heavily informed by Attachment Science and Polyvagal Theory. Michele’s holistic approach aims to collaboratively tailor a therapeutic process based on each client’s specific needs, trauma history, and nervous system pattern.

Integrating a neurobiological framework, Michele equips clients with an understanding of how their body’s uniquely patterned stress response system is contributing to emotion dysregulation, problematic behaviors and thought patterns, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, shame, relationship distress, chronic pain, and other areas that keep them stuck in life. As clients access the healing power of a more regulated nervous system, they can move away from self-judgment, shame, and blame, and move towards deeper connection with self, others and the world around them.

Michele is only accepting self-pay at this time.
